PICTURE DAY INFORMATION
HOW IT WORKS
THERE ARE NO ORDER FORMS! Everything is 100% online!
Every athlete will get a unique access code and only YOU can see your kids’ photos (plus the team photo).
The team photo will be created virtually - athletes will be composited together after all of the photos are taken. You do not need to wait for a team picture to be taken.
Players get photographed for their photos along with a “team pose” and then they are done.
When the proofs are ready, you will get an email and/ or text message to view their photos - messages are sent to the email and phone provided by the organization.
Orders are delivered directly to the parent’s house.
Siblings can come together - this way you only have to make one trip.
If you lose your access code, you can look it up by CLICKING HERE.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
To keep lines and wait times to a minimum:
Please have your athletes ready to go while they are waiting in line. This means making sure their hair and uniforms are neat and their equipment is ready. Please make sure your athlete has their equipment with them (bats, hockey sticks, etc.). Balls for sports (basketballs, soccer balls, etc.) will be provided.
Please do not “coach” your kids by telling them to smile, “look tough“, or anything else while the photographer is taking your kids’ photos. The photographers are experienced and know how to make kids look their best.
NO PERSONAL OR CELL PHONE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS ARE PERMITTED!
If you only want your kids posed together (and do not want individuals), please tell the photographer.
If you want your kids together in the photo, they must pose together in the photo. Due to time constraints, kids cannot be posed (Photoshopped) together after the photos are taken.
If you are not planning on purchasing any photos, please have your athlete come to picture day and tell the photographer that you are only there for the team photo so the team photo can be completed. There is nothing worse than giving a sponsor a thank you picture with half of this kids missing.
It’s really that simple!
